Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Mobile Glow Co., we strive to offer the best possible experience to every client. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:
A $15 non-refundable deposit is required when booking your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your spray tan session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. While the $15 deposit remains non-refundable, it can be transferred to a future appointment if proper notice is given.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to additional cancellation fees.
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled time will be marked as a no-show, and the session will be canceled.
